In Changi Airport, before we left for China. The lady that tried to take our photo for us did not really know how to use a camera. It was quite cute, as we stood standing in front of the Eiffel Tower for the longest time ever, and other people wanted a photo ala Paris.
We were in the airport at around 7am to get our long-awaited SIM Education Abroad: 5th SIM Global Education Learning Program to start! After checking in and all, we all had our last meal we paid in SGD. We ran all the way to gate A14 and was on board the flight to China!
We arrived in Beijing, and that was when the cold hit us. I had a feeling that I did not pack enough clothing and was starting to feel a little worried. But c'mon, if I can't get a jacket to fit me in China, where else can I go?
It's ironic. We're in China, but our first meal is Korean. But it was pretty tasty and satisfying. After the meal, we checked into our hotel. Now, let me say that Charlene and I had a pretty big room. We didn't know why though.
Jimmy was so excited for tomorrow that he asked us to all meet and discuss the type of questions we'll be asking tomorrow. Frankly, I am quite happy that Jimmy did it, cause now, I feel more prepared for it.
Tomorrow, we'll be seeing Tasly Pharmaceutical Group and Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco City. They will be our first company visits during the trip. Wish us luck!
